Cleaning Carding Machines

The operation is based on pneumatic suctioning by a rotary pump creating a vacuum of about 400 mbar with an airstream flow varning from 1200 up to 1800 cub mt/hour and through suction nozzles fitted to the swifts and doffers of the wollen card. While the card is running the nozzles are tavelling back and forth along the full width of the card and thoroughly cleaning the fillet clothing. Theese nozzles move across the entire width of the card; this crosswise motion combined with the rotary movement of the nozzles enables them to clean the card cloth without damiaging it. The cylinders are rotated by e special drill and cleaned on the machine. Different shapes nozzles can be couples to the ends of the flexible metal tubing.
